The NSS unit of Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College in collaboration with the Blood Bank of Father Muller Medical College and Hospital organised a blood donation camp on 10.10.13. The programme was arranged at the Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital Out Patient Department.
The event began with a prayer song. Principal Dr shivaprasad welcomed the gathering and introduced the Chief Guest, Prof. U.T Ifthikar Ali, Syndicate Member RGUHS. The programme was traditionally inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the Chief Guest, Administrator, FMHMC, Rev Fr Vincent Vinod Saldanha, Principal, NSS Coordinator Dr Ranjan Britto and the Student NSS Representatives. The chief guest addressed the gathering.
The Administrator felicitated the Chief Guest with a memento and delivered his message on the occasion. The vote of thanks was given by the NSS Coordinator.
The Blood Bank Officer, Dr Charu spoke on blood donation and also created awareness. After the inauguration the students and staff of FMHMC took part in the blood donation.
