Sub: Admission to I M.D.(Hom) Course 2013-14  

The provisionally selected students for admission to I M.D.(Hom) course for the academic year 2013-14 are required to pay the fees as prescribed for the year 2013-14. The following original certificates along with two sets of attested Xerox copies are to be submitted on the day of joining the college .

1. SSLC / Date of Birth Certificate
2. Marks card – I, II, III, IV BHMS
3. Transfer Certificate from the College last attended
4. Two passport size / 3 stamp size photographs 
5. Conduct Certificate
6. Compulsory Rotatory Internship programme
7. Attempt Certificate
8. Registration Certificate
9. Provisional Degree / Convocation certificate

Classes will commence from 08.10.2013. You are required to report to the College on 07.10.2013 (between 8.45 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.) to complete the admission formalities.

Please note that the Course Inaugural Programme will be held on 08.10.2013 at

9.30 a.m. for which the parents/guardians are also invited.
