We are pleased to place before you the revised price list of our
Homoeopathic, Biochemic and Patent products for your kind information.
We have focused our attention this time on our products in categories
like Liquid Oral, Ointments, Oils, Tablets, Dental Powder, Shalom
Powder, Calendula Dusting Powder etc. We are placing them before
you with attractive packing, maintaining quality and purity. It
is our desire that our Homoeopathic practitioners and the patrons
of Homoeopathy make the best use of them. Our Homoeopathic Pharmacy
manufactures wide range of Mother Tinctures and Diluitons with intention
of making available all possible Homoeopathic medicines under one
roof. We have also introduced in the market the original sealed
packings of homoeopathic medicines directly imported from Germany.
We request you to patronize them.
When
we decided to revise the exiting price list, taking into consideration
the rising cost in the raw materials, plant crudes and packing materials,
we have also given due consideration, to the suggestions received,
from all our Distributors, Stockists and above all the Homoeopathic
Doctors. You will be surprised to note that we have hardly made
any change in the price structure, which reflects our institutions;
aim namely to serve the suffering humanity through 'Homoeopathic
System of Medicine' in the path shown by our beloved founder Fr.
Augustus Muller.
We
are proud to inform the Homoeopathic fraternity that we have 120
years of experience in the field or Homoeopathy. Our homoeopathic
products have withstood the test of time and have established a
large clientele within and outside the country. Fr. Muller's stands
for quality and we hope with your help we will be able to realize
the dream of Fr. Muller's namely to heal and comport the suffering
people through homoeopathic medicines. We also wish to inform our
esteemed customers that we do conduct B.H.M.S and P.G. Courses at
Fr.Muller's Homoeopathic Medical College which is recognized by
the Central Council of Homoeopathy.
Finally,
while appreciating the continuous support of our Distributors, Stockists
and Homoeopathic Physicians, we are proud of them and place their

BUSINESS TERMS
- Our
terms of payment are, a deposit of approximately one third of
gross value of order at the time of placing the order, the balance
to be paid in full before delivery of goods or on presentation
of the R/R of B/L. This applies to customers ordering goods through
V.P.P also. We do not send free samples.
Customers, while ordering for medicines, are requested to write
in English and clearly state the quantities and potencies of the
medicines required, and also whether the medicines ordered, should
be in the form of liquids, pills, globules, tablets, powders or
celloids. Where this information is not furnished, liquids and
powders of the 3rd decimal potency of Homoeopathy medicines, and
6x powders of Tissue Remedies, will be supplied.

The Particulars of their Homoeopathic Drugs Licence should be
quoted by dealers.
While placing the order the customers are requested to intimate
the Mode of Despatch. If the Transport specified by the customer
does not have the facilities to deliver the goods to the customers
destination, then we will send the goods by the next best available
means of Transportation as per our opinion. The customers are
also requested to send with their order road-permits, sales tax
registration number and form 31, 32 whichever is applicable. (Goods
are despatched through VPP, Regd. Post, Road Transport, Railways
and through Bank and Courier Service).
- While
making any payment, the customers are requested either to pay
cash at the counter or send an Account Payee Demand Draft drawn
on any Nationalised Bank or Crossed Postal Order made payable
at Mangalore. Generally we prefer a Demand Draft on Syndicate
Bank.
Money order commission or Bank commission is to be borne by the
customers, whatever be the form or nature of payment. Packing
charges, Sales Tax, Postage and Freight will be charged extra
in addition to prices.
- When
orders received from outstation parties are executed, we send
the documents through bank. Customers are requested to release
the documents within 30 days of intimation by the Bankers of the
receipt of documents. Customers failing to take delivery of goods
within the time specified, will be liable to pay interest at 16%
per annum. Further, customers who fail to take delivery of parcels,
are liable to pay packing charges, postage, freight and any other
charges incurred by us, and the same will be adjusted against
the advance payment received.
- Medicines
and other articles once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
Customers residing outside India, are requested to send along
with the orders, remittances to cover full cost of medicines ordered,
packing and postage charges, by Postal Order, Money Order or a
bank Draft in the currency of their place. We have also got the
facility to execute export orders and medicines will be exported
as per the rules prevailing at the time of execution of orders.
- All
prices are subject to alteration without notice, and supplies
will be based on the prices ruling at the time of delivery.Registered
dealers outside the state of Karnataka should send Central Sales
Tax Form 'C' along with their order to avail the benefit of concessional
rate of tax.The retail rate mentioned in our Price List is inclusive
of all Taxes.
- We
are not responsible for Loss arising from breakage, leakage, shortage,
pilferage in Transit. Any complaint arising from delay, loss or
damage shuld be addressed to the Carriers.
Invoices are posted immediately on despatch of the parcels. In
case of delay in receiving a parcel, customers are requested to
make enquiries at their Post Office or Lorry Transport Office
without losing time. Railway parcels take a longer time to reach
their destination.
- V.P.P.
Articles are held in deposit by the Post Office for only 5 days
after serving intimation of arrival on the addresses. Customers
are, therefore, requested to take delivery of the parcels within
this time limit, after which the parcels are returned to us.

All sorts of disputes are to be settled within the jurisdiction
of the Judicial Court at Mangalore, South Kanara.
