The NABH Final Assessment
The much awaited NABH Final Assessment commenced on 25th November, 2014 and concluded on 28th November, 2014. The Principal Assessor Dr. Prashant Kelkar accompanied by other Assessors Dr. Reena Kumar, Dr. Punit Kumar Agarwarl, Ms. Seema Wilson and Capt Dr. P. Ramesh Nair visited all the Departments, Wards, OPDs’ & Sections of the Hospital. Various Committee presentations were made by the Chairpersons concerned & the presentations were found to be excellent. The interaction with Management in connection with the Chapter ‘Responsibility of the Management’ went quite well. Some of the departments rated excellent besides Commitment from the top Management were Blood Bank, Bio-medical, Maintenance, Dialysis, Human Resources, OP Pharmacy, Stores, Laboratory, Main O.T., HIC, Psychiatry, Speech & Hearing, Laundry, House Keeping, Mortuary, Fire Safety, Nursing training & awareness. The Assessors commended the Hospital for the meticulous planning, amiable interaction & appreciate all the hard work put in by one and all. The final assessment team was happy with all the facilities and infrastructure of the Hospital . |
