A 100-Bed Multi-Speciality Hospital 

Originally started by the famous Educationalist/Industrialist B. Ahmed Hajee Mohiudeen, this great centre of healing in a predominantly village area 17 kms away was acquired in May 2013 by Father Muller Charitable Institutions in order to more fully fulfill the Founder’s dream of giving the rural folk most modern and contemporary medical facilities which only a large medical college hospital can offer. At the time of acquisition, it was a fully functioning 100 bed multi-speciality hospital. FMCI will develop it further to provide greater facilities for the people.

The Hospital is fully equipped with state-of-the art equipments and has full fledged Operation Theatre and Labour Theatre.  The following  facilities are available:

The Casualty Dept works round the clock 365 days a year, catering to the needs of all Emergency and Trauma patients. It attends to patients during non-OPD hours and on holidays, when OPD’s are non-functioning. It is staffed by RMO and CMO’s and has minor and a well equipped operation theatre.

Specialists are available for consultations at the Out Patient Department between 8.30 a.m.- 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. - 5.00 p.m. Serious cases requiring attention will be transferred to the kankanady campus. Fr Muller Health Card holders can avail all facilities available under the scheme at Thumbay also.
