Father Muller Medical College is a unit of Fr. Muller's Charitable Institutions, a Registered Society sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Mangalore; a Religious Minority Educational Institution established primarily for the benefit of the members of the Christian Community.

Like all other Educational Institution under Catholic auspices it is open to all persons irrespective of religion, caste or community. Father Muller Allied Health Sciences started with Bachelors in Physiotherapy in the year 1994.Now it has developed into several branches like Masters in Hospital Administration (M.H.A.) M.Sc (Medical Laboratory Technology) ,  B.Sc. (Medical Laboratory Technology), B.Sc. (Medical Imaging Technology), B.Sc. (Radio Therapy) .
