Mission Of the Department :
· Deliver high-quality hospital administration and management education to a diverse group of undergraduate and graduate students and practicing executives.
· Continuously improve the quality of its programmes, teaching methods, students support services, and to provide maximum opportunities for faculty development in response to changing educational and training needs. Develop new ideas and insights for hospital administration scholars and practitioners through its faculty’s research.
· Prepare undergraduate and graduate students to become innovative, ethical leaders in a globalized world by fusing the art, science, and technology of administration in this Catholic environment.
· Provide opportunities for students and faculty to examine theory in the context of professional practice and to reflect upon the relationship and value of one to the other.
· Create leaders with deep competencies in traditional hospital administration disciplines and in the application of new technologies for strategic and operating advantage.
· In short, trained in advanced teaming skills, with caring hearts and inquiring minds oriented toward building and adding value, our post graduates think holistically about hospital administration, understand both the strengths and the limitations of management systems and act upon to heal and comfort.
