The department of neurology came into existence s a subspeciality of medicine in the year 2006. Since then it has made significant progress in the field of patient care especially to the patients from Dakshina Kannada and northern Kerala, academic and patient education providing good neuro care at affordable costs. Presently headed by Dr. Lally Alexander MD.,DM since November 2011( a post graduate from the eminent Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Science and Technology .
