- Free Speech and Hearing camp was organized on 23rd and 24th September 2011 to observe the International Hearing Impaired week. Around 100 patients were screened during the camp and the patients who required further evaluation and subsequent rehabilitation were followed up.
- The Department is associated with Sarva Shikshana Abhiyana (SSA) in iraining teachers for early identification of Speech and Language disorders in school children.
