Application procedure for admission
· On payment of Rs. 300/- as demand draft in favour of Father Muller School of nursing, made payable in Mangalore.
· Application form also be obtained personally at the School of Nursing admission counter.
· The application forms should be completed by the applicant her own handwriting
· The duly filled in application form should reach the admission Officer on or before the specified date.
· Full name of the candidate as spelt in the SSLC records should be given in the application form and in all other related forms and correspondence except those with affidavit for change of name
· The information given in the application should be correct information or suppression of any factual information in the application would lead to disqualification and/ or termination from the programme
