Application procedure for Admission
On payment of Rs. 400/- B.Sc. (N) & P C B.Sc (N) by bank Demand Draft drawn in favour of Father Muller College of Nursing, made payable in Mangalore.Application forms can also be obtained personally at the College of Nursing Admission Counter.
· The application forms should be completed by the applicant by her / his own handwriting.
· The duly filled in application form should reach the Admission Officer on or before the specified date.
· Full name of the candidate as spelt in the SSLC Records should be given in the application form and in all other related forms and correspondence , except those with affidavit for change of name.
· The information given in the application should be correct.False information or suppression of any factual information in the application would lead to disqualification and / or termination from the programme.
· Application fee once paid WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
· The candidates should possess good health and character and fee from physical and mental handicap.
· Copies of all the certificates enclosed should be attested by the gazetted officer. Once submitted, the copies of the certificates will not be returned. DO NOT SUBMIT ANY ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE with the application form.
· If certificate is in a language other than English , it has to be translated into English and attested by the Principal of the School / College , last attended.
· For all communication please quote your application number given on the application form and if you need a reply enclose a self addressed and stamped envelope.
· Entrance requirements and eligibility criteria for each course are given in the Prospectus under the detailed description of each course. The candidate is expected to ascertain her / his eligibility from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science before joining the course, if she / he have obtained the qualifying examination.
· All the candidates fulfilling the entrance requirements will be intimated the date, time and venue of the entrance test and interview by post.
