The Father Muller Medical College Mens Football team were the winners in the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka intercollegiate Mysore Zone Football tournament, organised by Mysore medical college, on 23/5/2012. They triumphed against hosts Mysore Medical college in the finals, winning 2-0 on penalties.

The Father Muller Medical College Men’s Basketball team were the winners in the RGUHS intercollegiate Mysore Zone Basketball tournament, organised by Mysore medical college, on 22/5/2012. They defeated AIMS 10-33 in the semifinals, and hosts MMC 48-40 in the finals.
