| Most Rev. Dr Gebhard Fuerst, Bishop of Rottenburg – Stuttgart, Germany along with five other members visited FMCI on 31.01.2010. They were delighted to learn that Fr Augustus Muller, the founder of FMCI was a German Jesuit. The team paid a visit to the General Hospital and learnt that 750 beds are dedicated as free beds where almost everything including food is provided to the patients free. He also visited the highly equipped Cardio Cathlab and Dialysis Unit and appreciated the services offered there.
The team was accorded a warm welcome by the Director and Managing Committee members. Also a presentation about the Institution and its activities was done in the Council Hall. The Bishop along with the team appreciated various activities offered by the Institution, specially to the poor section of the society.
