The Department of Otorhinolaryngology

Otorhinolaryngology unit having bed strength of 30. OPD is spread over a large area with separate rooms for examination; minor O.T., Audiology and speech therapy unit is attached to the department and room for OPD teaching.
Ward layout consists of examination room, general wards, procedure room, side laboratory, store, ward pantry, duty rooms for the doctors and nurses, nursing station, clinical demonstration room, rooms for the unit teaching staff and residents. There is separate departmental library cum seminar hall and has 100 books. There is a separate operation theatre.
The Department is headed by Professor Dr Y.M. Hegde and is assisted by qualified dedicated band of staffs.
