The Department is housed in a separate block with built up area
of 12,000 sq feet. It consist of Autopsy room, demonstration
room, Forensic laboratory, museum, Departmental Library cum
Seminar hall, research Laboratory etc. There are separate rooms
for Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, tutor
and non-teaching staff. There is facility for cold storage and
embalming the dead bodies.
Departmental library has 112 books. Departmental museum has
over 230 specimens, models and charts.
The Department is headed by Dr Augusty V.T. and is assisted
by qualified dedicated band of staffs.
